We pick up where we left off in volume 16 at Steel, then view the Conrail and D&H action around Allentown and surrounding areas, including the Conrail OCS train and more. We’ll witness the day the D&H went into bankruptcy under Guilford, and the subsequent startup of operations under the newly designated operator, the New York, Susquehanna and Western.
